These are the people that rely on the best company fleet products to keep their business operating efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst announcing the C-Class Award for \u201cBusiness Car of the Year\u201d, Paul Barker, Editor at Business Car, said:<em> \u201cIt\u2019s testament to both the quality of the product and to the way Mercedes-Benz has stepped up its business operation that the readers of BusinessCar have voted the C-Class as our Business Car of the Year. The C-Class is competitive like never before on everything from styling to the all-important running costs, and that\u2019s reflected in this prestigious awards triumph.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Head of Fleet cars at Mercedes-Benz, Sally Dennis responding by thanking the readers of Business Car, announcing the firms delight at receiving the award, and promised that both the C-Class and Mercedes-Benz expanding range of fleet models would keep going from strength to strength.<\/p>\n<h2>Company Car of the Year as Voted by Judges at SME<\/h2>\n<p>The 2015 SME Company Car of the Year Award for Best Company Car for Tax has been awarded to the C 300 BlueTEC Hybrid which praised by the judges for its low running costs and tax-efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst announcing the C-Class Award, Ralph Morton, Editorial Director at Business Car Manager, commented: <em>\u201cThe new Mercedes-Benz compact executive models don\u2019t come along very often and the new car\u2019s sleek styling and sport drive are sure to lure company car drivers away from rivals. If the look and the way the car drives doesn\u2019t tempt you, then the low running cost of our Best SME Company Car for Tax will. The C 300 BlueTEC Hybrid, which as its name suggests is a diesel-electric hybrid, can return up to 78.4 mpg and it has CO?emissions of 94 g\/km, putting the car in just the 11 per cent company car tax band. For company car drives, this really is a fantastically tax-efficient way to drive an executive car.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The interior of the C-Class can only be described as \u201chigh class\u201d. It was first launched in the UK in June 2014 and it has been styled on the Mercedes-Benz S-Class. The cabin includes high-quality, high-grade materials and trim elements, and an innovative touchpad enabling intuitive operation of all head-unit functions using finger gestures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some 7,000 C-Class Saloons were bought by fleet customers last year.
